Ugreen is making its move into the smart home world, and it’s taking a different approach to get there. The company held its Smart Living Launch Event at Gillette Stadium, where it introduced its first AIoT product lineup. What’s leading the pack is a new local hub called HomeAgent, backed up by a beefier version called MasterAgent.
Ugreen HomeAgent and Other Smart Hubs
Most smart home systems depend heavily on the cloud, meaning your camera footage, files, and daily routines all get sent off and processed somewhere far from your house. Ugreen wants to change that setup.
HomeAgent takes care of storage, computing, and device control right there in your home, and there’s no monthly fee for storage involved.

You can talk to Uliya, the built-in assistant, to control your connected devices, pull up live camera feeds, or set voice alerts, like getting a notification the second a package shows up at your door.
And because everything runs locally, most of the storage, file management, and smart home functions work over your home network alone, without needing an internet connection just to do the basics.

Ugreen isn’t positioning HomeAgent as just a brain for your security cameras either. It goes through your footage and photo library on its own, picking out moments worth keeping before they get lost or overwritten, and turns them into highlight reels you can pull up on Ugreen’s Gallery smart frames.
If you go with the HA100 Pro instead, you get faster networking and stronger AI performance, useful for things like setting up rules just by talking to it.
On top of that, Ugreen introduced the MasterAgent MA100, which the company describes as its most powerful local hub so far. It’s built on Nvidia’s Jetson Thor T5000 chip and designed to handle heavier AI tasks, tighter coordination between devices, and a sharper read on what’s actually happening around your home.
Ugreen HomeAgent Price and Release Date
The broader AIoT lineup rounds out with several SynCare cameras, available in indoor, PoE, and battery-powered versions, plus a smart speaker and the Gallery smart frame, and all of it is designed to work together under HomeAgent’s control.
If you are looking to jump in early, pre-orders for the HomeAgent HA100, HA100 Pro, and MasterAgent MA100 opened on September 3 through Ugreen’s AIoT store.
Putting down a $50 deposit locks in the Super Early Bird price at 50 percent off. That deal sticks around until Ugreen’s Kickstarter campaign launches on October 27, so it’s worth acting before that date if you want the discount.
