Motorola’s budget flip phone is about to get a serious upgrade in the looks department. The Mac Observer got hold of images showing a Swarovski Edition of the Motorola Razr 70, which US buyers know as the Moto Razr 2026.

The rear panel on this leaked version comes in black with a quilted, three-dimensional texture. Crystal accents run across the bottom half of the phone, with more crystals placed just under the external display. The hinge gets its own centerpiece too, a larger crystal set right in the middle.

Right now, the regular Moto Razr 2026 comes in four colors: Pantone Hematite, Violet Ice, Sporting Green, and Bright White. None of them come close to this. A black quilted back covered in Swarovski crystals is a different level of flashy.

The cover display stays the same size as before, still wrapped around the two rear cameras. Other leaked shots show the phone from every angle: open, closed, and propped up in Flex View for hands-free use.

One of the images also gives a peek at what’s inside the box. It looks like buyers get a clear protective case, a USB-C cable, and a 33W charger bundled with the phone.

It’s worth noting Motorola picked the base Razr for this special edition, not the pricier Razr+ or the Razr Ultra. That mirrors what the company did last year too, when the Swarovski treatment went to the cheaper flip phone instead of the top-tier Ultra model.

Last year’s Brilliant Collection put 35 Swarovski crystals on the Moto Razr 2025, each one placed by hand. It also had a bigger crystal on the hinge, a quilted finish that looked like leather, and came in a bright Pantone Ice Melt color.

Motorola threw in a matching pair of Moto Buds Loop earbuds too, and charged $200 on top of the regular $799 price.

This new version seems to follow the same playbook, just with black replacing the lighter color. One thing missing so far is a matching set of Swarovski earbuds, though Motorola could still add those when the collection officially launches.

Last year’s model got announced in early August, and since we’re already there this year, an announcement could land soon.
