Setting up an outdoor security camera is so difficult. You drill into a wall, run a cable outside, and hope the weather does not wreck it. Anker’s eufy may have found a way around that.

The new eufy Window Camera E10 is now on sale in the US for $79.99 on Amazon. The key detail is that it is an indoor camera. It sticks to your window glass, so you can watch your porch, yard or driveway from inside your home.
How does the eufy Window Camera E10
Mounting this camera takes about as much effort as putting a sticker on glass.
You pick the indoor window with the view you want outside. Clean the glass well. Peel the protective film off the mounting adhesive on the camera, then press the camera firmly against the glass.

You need no drill and no tools. That makes it a good fit for renters, and for any homeowner who wants to skip the hard work. Once the camera is in place, plug the included USB-C cable into it and connect the other end to the power adapter.
What do you get from the eufy Window Camera E10
A dial on the back tilts the lens down by up to 25 degrees. That cuts out extra sky and puts packages and visitors in the center of the frame. At night, MaxColor Vision keeps the video in color, helped by an f/1.0 lens.

The camera records in 2.5K and can record around the clock to a microSD card of up to 256GB. Its AI can tell people, vehicles and pets apart. You pay no monthly fee for any of it, and that is what won me over.
The downside is the power cord. The camera has no battery, so it must stay plugged in. That means your window needs to sit near an outlet.
