Anker is jumping into sleep tech now too, with two new bedside speakers that skip the whole idea of wearing something to bed. The SleepLab and SleepLab Pro are the company’s first shot at sleep-focused audio gear, and the Pro version especially seems to be aiming to replace your sleep ring or tracking band entirely.
Anker’s SleepLab and SleepLab Pro Speakers
The whole pitch with the SleepLab Pro is that it does not require a ring, no watch, and no sleep earbuds. Instead, it sits on your nightstand and uses 60 GHz radar to read your sleep cycle from a distance. It tracks your heart rate and breathing, breaks your night down into all four sleep stages, and then builds a sleep soundtrack based on what it’s picking up from you.

Beyond that, you get guided breathing exercises, acoustic beats, and a daily report so you can actually see how your night went. Dual drivers handle the spatial audio, ambient lighting shifts through different colors to set the mood, and a soft sunrise effect eases you awake instead of jolting you out of bed with a regular alarm.

As for the standard SleepLab, it’s the simpler option if the radar tracking feels like more than you need. This one is a phone-free, one-tap speaker meant for playing music, podcasts, or whatever audio helps you relax, and it comes packed with over 180 white noise and breathing sounds to help you fall asleep.
It also runs dual speakers for spatial sound, and the lighting is soft and warm, syncing up with whatever’s playing. In the morning, you get that same sunrise simulation paired with a crescendo alarm, so you wake up gradually instead of all at once. There’s also a built-in battery backup, so your alarm still goes off even if the power cuts out overnight.
Anker hasn’t announced a release date for either one yet, but you can reserve both the SleepLab and SleepLab Pro right now on Anker Soundcore’s website for a dollar.
Reserving early knocks $30 off the final price, bringing them down to $169.99 and $269.99. If you have been considering a sleep tracker but aren’t thrilled about wearing something to bed every night, these two are worth keeping an eye on.
