Nothing is taking a bold step with its next smartphone, and the most surprising part is the color. The London-based company has confirmed that the Phone 4a will come in pink, which marks the first time the brand has gone this route.
Based on the videos and teasers circulating online, it looks genuinely striking.
Nothing has been building anticipation for weeks through promotional artwork and in-store displays across London and Bengaluru, where the company recently opened a new location.
The official launch is set for March 5, 2026, one day after Apple’s scheduled media briefing, which makes the timing hard to ignore.
Nothing Phone 4a Color Options
The pink on the Phone 4a is not a standard color swap. Nothing went with a soft, baby-pink tone that feels new without abandoning the transparent design the brand has become known for. It works because it fits, not because it tries too hard.

What makes the Phone 4a stand out is the combination of the transparent outer layer and the pink accents on the internal components.
Both elements work together, and that consistency is what gives this design an edge over previous models, including the blue finish from the Phone 3a series.
Outside of pink, the Phone 4a lineup will also come in white, black, and blue.
Nothing Phone 4a: the new Glyph Bar
The design changes on the Phone 4a go further than just the new color. Nothing replaced the Glyph Interface with what it calls a “Glyph Bar,” which is a vertical strip of seven small LED lights positioned to the right of the camera module.

Nothing says these lights are brighter than anything the company has used before, and they support custom alerts and visual effects. The overall result is a new exterior that still keeps the elements people liked about the original design intact.
Both the Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro are expected to go official at the Nothing event on March 5, 2026.
